Full-Day Trek to Hmong & Khmu villages, visit Tad Sae Waterfall and Kayaking

Pickup from your accommodation at around 8:30 AM and go southward to Ban Long Or. Then we take a boat to across the river. The opposite village is Ban Suan Dala, where 3 minorities stay together. Then we walk to Ban Hoy Fai. A small Khmu community lives below a high rising mountain range. We see their traditional living style and architecture.

We then walk down to Tad Sae Waterfall. Each rainy season these falls erupt with life as the extra water from the mountains plunge over the flat rocks. The natural pools at the base of the waterfall are a must for a swim.

After lunch break and enjoying swim in Tad Sae Waterfall, we start kayaking on the Nam Khan River. The Nam Khan river valley will provide us panoramic views of Luang Prabang countryside. Upon arrival at Ban Noon Village in the late afternoon, we go back to the city center by car. (5:30 PM)

The waterfall may be low in June, the beginning of the rainy season, and December, the dry season. If the amount of water is low, we may propose to cancel or change to another tour just before the tour date.
