Overview
We’ll begin our evening with a sunset cruise along the Mekong River, drifting towards the setting sun. Enjoy one and half hours of free flowing beer and soft drinks to toast the end of the day, as your private boat glides along the river. As the sun sets behind the silhouetted mountains, the sky shifts from gold to pink and the river glows with twilight hues.
The cruise will finish at the historic hotel, The Grand Luang Prabang, built within the grounds of Xiengkeo Palace. Unwind with a three course meal, served within elegant colonial setting offering an unrivalled panoramic view of the Mekong. Start with a fresh garden salad with vegetables sourced from local farmers, followed by your choice of main course (pork, beef or fish), and finishing with an exquisite dessert.
After dinner you will be met by our waiting driver who will transfer you back to your hotel in our vintage car, fully restored with an electric engine. Relax in style as you silently cruise back through town, taking in the evening sights.
