Our zipline tours are kid-friendly and safe for all ages. Ziplining is a great activity for individuals, families and groups looking for a fun, outdoor activity. We have two zipline courses to choose from, with options for all skill and thrill levels. Your professionally trained tour guides offer education and fun throughout your hikes and nature walks.

Participants must between 6 kg and 120 kg - including clothing/footwear.

Not recommended for expectant mothers or people with spinal injuries.

Ziplines run during inclement weather.

Guests under 18 years of age require a legal parent/guardian to sign the exclusion of liability waiver prior to the activity.

We have special equipment for kids from 3 years old.

Please be at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up. Please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route, as the driver must also pick up other passengers.

- Less than 8 years old = 50% charge
- Less than 3 years old is FREE, if both parents do the activity
Cancellation Policy:
- Less than 7 days prior to the date 20% of the cost will be charged
- Less than 3 days prior to the date 50% of the cost will be charged
- “No show” is charged 100%
Refund Policy:
- Kindly be advised that only tour/activity fees are refundable; Bank fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
