Prepare to get your hands dirty in our exciting Luang Prabang pottery class and learn how to make candles and use pottery products as containers! Come explore with us, whether you're an expert in your craft or looking to attempt a new hobby. If you're interested in expressing your creativity, Luang Prabang is the ideal location to immerse yourself in the local art scene and history.
Pottery & Candle Making Class:
- 8:30 - 9:30AM: Welcome drink of Lao herbs and fruit juices and discussion of the history of pottery making in the local village.
- 10:00 - 10:15AM: Getting flowers and creating beeswax candles.
- 10:45 - 11:45AM: Guests prepare clay and create pottery on one of our wheels under the direction of a local artisan.
- 11:45 - 1:15PM: Guests are provided with a variety of Lao food for lunch.
