If you’d like to join the shuttle, please wait at the Luang Prabang Post Office at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

The Namkhan - Luang Prabang will not make refunds if children are unable to complete the activity book due to age or ability.

Child Policy:

0-6 years old = FREE

6-12 years old = 25% discount from adult price

Over 12 years old = Same price as adult
Cancellation Policy

50% refund at least 4 days before the tour date

0% refund if less than 24 hours before the tour date
