Term and Condition
Child Policy
- Under 4 years old = Free of charge
- 4 to 8 years old = 75% charge
- Above 8 years old = Full price
Cancellation Policy
- 7 days to 3 days prior to arrival = 50% of the total price
- Less than 3 days (no show) = 100% of the total price
Refund Policy
- Kindly be advised that only tour/activity fees are refundable; Bank fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
