The comfort and well-being of our guests is our #1 priority at Pavilion Pha Leuang & Bungalows resort. We do have a strict, no exceptions “NO SMOKING, NO NOISE/PARTY POLICY.”
- This is a SMOKE-FREE resort. A US$500 room recovery fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms. If this issue continues after the recovery fee, guests may be evicted from the resort without refund.
- Maximum number of guests allowed in a bungalow is 2 persons (no children below 16 years allowed). If the occupancy numbers are exceeded, there will be a penalty fee of US$100 per person and individual(s) are asked to leave.
- For the comfort and convenience of all guests, this resort has “Quiet Time” between the hours of 8pm and 8am. We ask our guests to be respectful of your neighbors and to not congregate in outdoor areas where the noise will disturb others.
- No parties are allowed at the bungalows at any time. Authorities will be called, and occupants will be evicted from the resort.
- All noise complaints which resulted in compensation to guests disturbed will be charged to the guest room whose noise caused the complaint.
- All money, deposits and rents will be forfeited upon eviction.
Cancel
If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified less than 7 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

You are welcome to pay by bank transfer in LAK, USD and THB.
Payments must be done immediately after the booking reservation. Payment failure will result in booking cancellation.
