Overview

Luang Prabang to Nong Khiaw

The journey begins at 8:00 a.m. from your hotel in Luang Prabang, and we will drive directly to Nong Khiaw for 3 hours. We'll take a 1-hour cruise to go to Ban Sop Kong. We will pass by a local rice farm, cow farm, pig farm, and chicken farm on our route to the waterfall. After lunch at a Lao restaurant, you will have an hour to relax and swim in the natural pool. Then, we'll stroll back to the boat. If you want to go kayaking downstream, you can do so; otherwise, you can just sit on the boat and enjoy the scenery till we reach Nong Khiaw.

Overview

Nong Khiaw to Luang Prabang

The next day, get up at 6:00 a.m. and hike up the mountain to Phadaeng View Point, which has the best view in town. After that, walk down to the hotel and check out, then take the minivan back to Lung Prabang.
