Overview

Hath Kheap – Hath Kho (Tai Lue tribe)

After a hearty breakfast, we'll continue our kayaking adventure downstream on the Nam Ou river. Prepare to be enchanted by the breathtaking scenery that unfolds before you. As you paddle along, you'll encounter untouched nature at its finest, with verdant landscapes stretching as far as the eye can see.

Passing by local villages, you'll catch glimpses of everyday life, witnessing the harmonious coexistence between humans and animals. Admire the grace of water buffaloes grazing by the riverbanks and the lively activities of people swimming and fishing.

A delightful lunch on the riverbank will fuel you for the rest of the journey. Afterward, we'll visit the minority villages of the Tai Lue tribe, where you'll have the chance to immerse yourself in their unique culture and traditions. In the evening, we'll arrive at Hath Kho, where you'll spend the night in a homestay, further deepening your connection with the local community.

Overview

Hath Kho – Luang Prabang

Today, we'll embark on a visit to the famous Pak Ou cave, also known as the Buddha cave. Prepare to be amazed as you discover thousands of Buddha statues adorning the cave walls, creating a truly awe-inspiring sight.

Afterward, we'll make a stop at Xang Hai village, renowned for its production of Lao alcohol. Here, you'll have the opportunity to learn the art of making Lao Lao, a traditional alcoholic beverage, and taste the creations of several homemade producers.

Following a delicious lunch, we'll continue our journey, taking in the beauty of the surroundings as we paddle downstream. As the day draws to a close, we'll witness a mesmerizing sunset before arriving in Luang Prabang, where our trip concludes around 4-5 pm.
