Half-Day River Adventure: SUP/Kayak to Tad Sae

Begin your adventure with a comfortable ride in our air-conditioned minibus to the charming village of Ban En, where you'll switch to a motorboat for a scenic ride to Tad Sae Waterfall. Surrounded by lush nature, the waterfall offers a serene experience. (Please note: During the dry season from February to July/August, Tad Sae may dry up but remains a place of beauty with its mature trees and tranquil ambiance.)

After soaking in the natural beauty, receive a briefing on your choice of kayaks or Stand-Up Paddleboards (SUP). Paddle downstream along the Nam Khan River, one of the most picturesque stretches of water in the region. Relax and immerse yourself in the stunning landscapes as you make your way to the Chateau Orientale Resort.

Upon arrival, enjoy a delicious lunch in the colonial-style setting of the Chateau Orientale Restaurant, where elegant decor and a relaxing atmosphere complete your riverside experience.

Conclude your day as our air-conditioned minibus brings you back to town or to your hotel/guesthouse, leaving you with unforgettable memories of this river adventure.

• Arrive with our air-conditioned minibus at the village Ban En & switch to a motorboat to visit Tad Sae Waterfall and enjoy the natural side. (In the dry season from February to July/August the Tad Sae Waterfall usually dries up, but even then it is still a place of unique appeal with mature trees)

• Get a briefing on our Kayaks or SUP (Stand Up) Paddle-boards

• Paddle downstream the most beautiful part of the Nam Khan River to the “Chateau Orientale” Resort

• Please wait at your hotel lobby and our driver will pick you up 15 minutes before the tour begins.

• The Expedition Tours are guided by English speaking local guides. If required, other language speaking guides can be provided with a surcharge. Due to seasonal conditions, or unforeseeable reasons, changes in the programs may be necessary.

• During the raining season bike, trek or elephant trails may could take different routes due to weather or river conditions for your own safety.

Child Policy:

• 1-4 years old = FREE
• 5-8 years old = 50% charge
• Above 8 years old = Same price as adult

Cancellation Policy 

• 100% refund at least 5 days before the tour date

• 50% refund at least 3 days before the tour date

• 0% refund if less than 3 days before the tour date
