Private Full-Day Nahm Dong Park & Kuang si Waterfall

Starting your day at hotel then drive out to park of Nahm Dong. This well-planned, well-executed leisure area offers a range of activities for guests of all ages. Walk through a field of roses and organic vegetable garden to the centerpiece of the park, Nam Dong Falls. Spend an entire day lounging, swimming, trekking and enjoying this natural preserve.

The gorgeous landscape of the park will definitely be a great escape for your family today! Our acvitities includes: joining in the Saa Paper making class, where the artisan reveals all the secrets of Saa paper which is made from a mulberry tree & will guide you step by step though the paper making process. After that, enjoy a short zipline to five stations (200m length) where you will have chance to admire the waterfall and gorgeous landscape from above!

After Lunch head out to Kuangsi waterfall scenic seventy minute drive out of the city, up mountains, and through mountainous jungle and farmland. On the way visit Buffalo Dairy explore the around the farm, learn about how to feed and milk a buffalo, why buffalo milk is so good for you. Then wash them.

Up on arrival at the famous Kuang Si Waterfall, a short walk brings you down to the abrupt waterfall where you will have time for a swim or simply relaxing by the water’s edge.

On the way back –about halfway between the park entrance and the waterfall is the Asiatic Black Bear rescue center, which houses a couple of dozen animals rescued from the hands of poachers and traffickers…short visit is available if you are eager to visit the wild animal.

We return to Luang Prabang city by late noon.
