Overview
An exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at objects from TAEC’s Collection. Clients will be given a private tour of the collection by Khamchanh Souvannalith, TAEC’s experienced Collections Manager, who will also explain how objects are safely stored, cleaned, and displayed. Some of TAEC’s most exclusive objects will be shown to guests, including a Lanten celestial crown, antique Hmong textiles, Taoist ritual objects (such as paper masks) and musical instruments. Please note that photos during this experience are not permitted. Khamchanh (Ton) Souvannalith has worked for TAEC for 11 years, and has attended trainings in Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam, and worked at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City in 2015.
