Please be at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up. Please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route, as the driver must also pick up other passengers.
Term and Condition
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made less than one (1) day prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a 50% (of the confirmed amount) cancellation charge
- No Shows will be subject to a 100% (of the confirmed amount) cancellation charge
Refund Policy
- Kindly be advised that only tour/activity fees are refundable; Bank fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Child Policy:
- Children age 4-12 years receive 50% off the adult price
- Children under 4 years and infants is FREE of charge
