Konglor cave is one of the most impressive natural wonders of Khammouane. The cave is located between Hinboun and Na Kai District. The pristine clean waters of the Hinboun river flow through the limestone year around and eventually flow into the Mekong River. The cave itself is an almost 7.5km long tunel that is about 30m wide and 20-100m high. For most of its length, the river fills the entire width of the passage way except for a largewhite sandy beach laocated about halfway through the cave. You can take a boat trip all the way through the cave. The dry season is the best time to see the cave’s feature because you can get out of your boat, walk on the beach and enjoy the beauty in the wonder cave.
